Current availability

This website presents product information and topic-based enquiries. It has no online order submission or payment facility. The WhatsApp enquiry link is not yet configured. Browsing or choosing an enquiry topic does not place an order.

Proposed process when sales open

Confirm the product, quantity, stock and complete quotation with the seller before checking the payee and payment method. The quotation should state currency, item prices, delivery charges, taxes, other costs, estimated delivery and after-sales conditions. Contact arrangements for correcting quantity or address errors and acknowledging orders still need to be finalised.

Payment and cancellation

This website does not request card details, passwords or one-time codes. Check the seller’s identity and retain quotations and payment records. Changes or cancellations after payment depend on order and dispatch status; commercial rules remain to be confirmed without excluding applicable statutory rights.

Delivery

Coverage

The intended market is Malaysia. Availability for West Malaysia, East Malaysia and remote locations has not been confirmed. No free delivery, international delivery or cold-chain service is promised. Confirm that your address is serviceable before paying.

Charges and timing

Carrier, delivery costs, dispatch times and estimated arrival are pending. Obtain a complete quotation before payment and distinguish dispatch time from transit time. For delays, non-delivery or incorrect delivery details, contact the seller with the order information.

Receipt and storage

Check quantity, seals, packaging and expiry on receipt, and retain supporting records. The supplied label says to keep the product refrigerated after opening; this is not a promise of refrigerated transport. Follow the after-sales procedure for damage, incorrect items or suspected defects.

Current page functions

There are no registration, delivery-address, payment-data or order-submission forms. Enquiry topics and selected product interests are used for current page interactions; the page code does not persist them or send them to a custom order database, and contains no advertising tracker. This describes page code only, not all processing by your browser or the hosting platform.

Language preference

After you choose Chinese or English, the site saves your language preference in this browser’s local storage to show your chosen language on future visits. Page code does not send this preference to an order database. You can change it in the language selector.

WhatsApp and external services

Once configured, a button opens WhatsApp with a draft message containing the enquiry topic and selected product interest. It does not press Send for you: edit the message and decide whether to send it. Names, phone numbers, chats or order details you provide through WhatsApp are processed by the relevant service and seller in their respective roles. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or unnecessary health records.

The hosting platform may process technical or access information for delivery, authentication and security under its own notices. Links are provided below. Third-party notices do not replace the seller’s own personal data notice.

Before commercial data collection

The privacy contact channel, processing purposes, required and optional fields, recipients, overseas processing, retention, safeguards and channels for access, correction or withdrawal of consent must be specified before processing begins.
